Type less, say more with Outlook Quick Parts

Find yourself typing the same thing over and over in e-mails and Outlook calendar invites? Stop typing and start clicking. Use Quick Parts, a gallery in the Insert tab that lets you save words, phrases, content — even phone numbers — that you use often. To save content, highlight the text, go to Insert and click Quick Parts, then Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. Outlook will ask you to name the text. To use the text, go to Insert, then Quick Parts and select your text. Outlook will put it right into your e-mail or calendar item.
Last month Google presented a new tool to make web pages more attractive. It is Google Web Fonts directory. You can embed available fonts from Google’s Web Fonts directory into your web page. Just adding few lines in top of your web page & style sheet, your web pages will look very good. Most of us like to use those fonts on our Microsoft Word and other word processing software to make documents appear attractive. Let’s see, how we can use those freely available Google Web fonts on Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, Open Office or any other software. 
Some of your friends like Gmail chat, you stay online using Google Talk client, no problem as you and your buddies are on same network. But online life is not that simple. We all are using our smart phones for emailing every now and then to communicate with our friends, family and co-workers on the move. Don’t you think what if just sending an email; we get our Facebook status updated. Yes, you can, it is possible to update your Facebook status and lots more things by sending just an email. You can update your status, upload pictures and videos just after you click it to share with your Facebook friends within just few seconds. 
In the list of best Google Products and Services, Google Voice is one of the toppers. Its ultimate features makes it must for everyone. Google Voice is filling the gap between traditional voice calls using regular telephones and very sophisticated Internet telephony or simply VoIP. Now it’s going to possible that if your friend is calling you to your Google Voice number and this call will be redirected to your desktop’s Google Talk client. Yes, you read it correct, most likely Google Voice calls can be forwarded to Google Talk client and in near future; may be both way communications on the Google Talk client also possible. 
For a long time since we have BlackBerry phones on our hand, we missed an application, specially a news application which provides news & current affairs, business and weather information directly to our smart phones without going to different websites. NDTV was the first one to launch these kinds of apps for iPhone, iPad & Android based smart phones in India. Don’t know why they had taken Apple’s devices first as those gadgets are taking place in India as same with Android and we have Blackberry phones since quite long time. But they came with Blackberry app in just right time when BlackBerry maker RIM (Research in Motion) is topping in news because of the security issues with Indian Government. Now let’s try this app and find what does this offer.
